We arrived at O. R. Tambo Airport, Johannesburg
We're not in Kansas anymore Toto. Hippos apparently like to lie on the warm road in the evening, though we haven't seen any yet.

Todd speaking with Koos Prinsloo, retired U Limpopo professor, who advises on the food security project. Koos has a son living and working in Campbell River as a doctor - small world!
Day 2 started with a formal introduction to the Hosi (traditional leader) and a meeting about the project at the open air meeting place at her house.
A visitor up through the drain.

Day 1 at the food security site for the young workers, all graduates of the Fit for Life, Fit for Work program.

Ivy, Mahlatze, Isla, Sarah and Katekani at lunch time.
A bit of frisbee after lunch.
